Sugar Maple marks the beginning of Cherry Tree Hill selling
maple syrup from out own sugarwoods nationwide. To do this, we have bought
a new team of Belgian draft horses and rebuilt an old sugarhouse on our
property that was erected in 1779. The color is evocative of a mountain
maple touched by frost in early fall: bright pinks and yellows with gold
and scarlet.
