account goes over 30 days, please expect to prepay any
subsequent orders and know that we must charge any credit
card we have on file for you. These terms do have a limit of
$2000. If your account is over that amount, no further
orders can be accepted until that has been paid. If you do
not have terms and want them, we must have your completed
and approved credit application on file.
All opening orders are prepay
only. All special orders are prepay only. Special orders and
opening orders cannot be returned. An order is considered to
be a special order if it contains hand dyed solids, special
colorways done just for you or your customer, or broken
lots. If you order full bags of in stock items, they may be
returned for credit, but please call us first to let us
know.
