Last summer our owners spent a week in Alaska
where Cheryl taught some dye classes at Inua Wool Shop in Fairbanks and also
went camping near the glaciers of Donnelly Dome outside of Delta Junction. There
the inspiration for a new colorway, Caribou Creek was born. In case you have not
been to Alaska lately, Caribou Creek brings Alaska to you. Caribou Creek is a
glacial river where the caribou come to drink in the late hours of never ending
August sun. Picture dusky caribou against the rose and plums of frozen tundra
drinking from icy waters of the delta and you have Caribou Creek.
